Just three weeks after giving birth to twins Emme and Max on February 22, Jennifer Lopez hit the streets of New York City with hubby Marc Anthony, looking like she’s on her way to losing all of her baby weight. According a friend, the 5′6″ singer had gained more than 50 pounds during her pregnancy and was shocked by the changes in her body. To motivate her weight loss, J. Lo, 38, has splurged on a $50,000 home gym for her Long Island, N.Y. mansion. “She’s consulted trainers, nutritionists and doctors, looking for the safest way to drop the weight in record time,” her friend explains. Jennifer is also reportedly planning to start on Fresh Mommy, an all-natural food-delivery program created by Fresh Dining for expectant or new moms. In addition, Jen’s turned to her longtime trainer, Gunnar Peterson, who worked with her during her pregnancy and says they’ll resume their sessions soon. “Her main priority is the health of the babies, so she’ll start as soon as she gets the mommy routine down,” Gunnar tells In Touch.

I didn't know she was 5'6, I have no idea I thought she was shorter. Good for her!!!
1She was carrying twins so maybe that's not a lot of weight for carrying two babies inside you. In any case, good for her --- hopefully she won't get too thin like some of the other obsessive celebrities.
2I think Jennifer looks amazing. I was big during my pregnancy and had a few pounds to drop. Maybe more than a few... I tried the Fresh Dining meals by Freshology and it worked for me. I lost 22 pounds and it really never felt like I was on a diet, because the food is really good - it just feels like eating healthy. Anyway, thanks for the tip and Jenn you rock!
